Delivery Policy

Online Orders under 25kgs - Price is calculated at the checkout according to weight and location.

Online Orders over 25kgs - Free (excludes oversized items).

 Over-sized items

For oversized items an extra delivery fee may apply on top of the standard weight cost. A team member will be in contact with you as soon as we receive the order to discuss any extra fee.

Next Day Delivery

For orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday, we aim for next day delivery on the North Island (with some exclusions).

For rural and Inter-Island delivery we suggest you allow an additional 3-5 working days for delivery.

Orders placed on Weekends or Public Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be actioned on the next working day and the above policies will apply.

Click & collect 

You can order online and pick up from n-Gon Group Limited (62 Tenth Ave) reception.
